AMAS Advocates LLP is a full service Law Firm that constitutes of several Advocates, Legal Experts, and Administrative Staffs. The firm was formally established on 15th of March 2023 by the two founding Partners named Mr. Awgichew Kibret Weldetsadik and Mr. Masresha Kibret Weldetsadik. Before the Formal establishment of the Firm, the founding Partners were rendering multitude of legal services in a form of De facto Law Firm as of 9th of January 2012 up until the formation of a De jure Law Firm is legally permitted in Ethiopia.
As a full-service Law Firm, AMAS Advocates is currently rendering a variety of legal services to its clients among which legal consultancy and representation, drafting of various contracts and other legal documents. Our Law Firm in general and its Partners in particular has gained reputation in the area of litigation by representing numerous clients both in the civil and criminal matters. The Firm has also several corporate clients who are getting the legal service on retainer basis which enables the Firm to engage in and gain ample experience in the area of corporate and transactional law. The Firm has different clients ranging from start-ups to experienced and affluent business men as well as entities. In addition, the Firm does its best in providing pro bono legal services to selected pauper clients as far as discharging its social responsibilities concerned.
